The result will look little like dashboards that allow you to see all the key indicators at once. It is better to use external tools, such as Google Data Studio, to get visual overview reports.
To customize such a report, you need the help of an integrator. However, it is worth it: the company will receive reports on any necessary indicators.

Sending sms messages and emails in Bitrix24 is customized using basic functionality. In most cases, Remark implements the basic functionality through business processes built into Bitrix24. If an excessive number of independent widgets are connected to the CRM system, it becomes not very reliable.
