- If a duplicate is detected, the application does not let the entity go further down the funnel until the duplicate is removed or merged with the conflicting entity;
- Run duplicate checks at any stage;
- Search for duplicates among leads and contacts.
How to install the app?
Install the application in Bitrix24, it opens automatically after installation. Go to the settings page. Install the smart field "Duplicate control" in your CRM. The app is now available in your leads and deals, set up duplicate control at any stage of the funnel.
